Prevention of Grey Hair

Grey hair can make anyone look older than they actually are. Don’t be surprised but there are lots of teenagers who are suffering from grey hair and are actively seeking grey hair prevention methods – right alongside their own fathers or uncles!

Both men and women are just as susceptible to grey hair and most companies selling products with the focus on prevention of grey hair have wide ranges of products that are suitable for both sexes. But the most important thing to do, if you’re keen on finding ways to stop the grey, is to use natural products.

First of all, consider your diet since there isn’t very much we can do about aging and genes. We can use other types of grey hair prevention tonics, lotions and colorants to help lessen the glare of grey hair. At home, it helps to ensure that you are eating a diet full of essential nutrients. Minerals and a proper intake of vitamins is a very natural form of prevention. For example pantothenic acid, para-aminobenzoic (PABA) or inositol. The 3 vitamins can help in the  prevention process. Another natural way to combat grey hair is to eats lots of yoghurt and yeast .

If you’re serious about your grey hair fighting endeavors, consider taking more iron & iodine, either in tablet form or simply just increase your intake of seafood, banana, carrots and some other similar vegetables.
Prevention of grey hair can be taken to another natural level, i.e. take more curry leaves. You may not like curry leaves very much but if you want to stop grey hair from growing, you’ll be interested to know that curry leaves are considered beneficial in grey hair prevention. It’s been known that people who take lots of curry leaves have more lustrous hair – for a very good reason.
